I’m Bec, Business and Leadership Coach, culture nerd, and unapologetic straight-talker.

For nearly two decades I worked in HR and change across industries, watching leaders burn themselves out trying to hold everything together. I saw businesses with amazing potential stall because culture was ignored, leaders were in constant reaction mode, or no one was willing to have the tough conversations.

I’ve been there too, running on empty, carrying the load, wondering if it was ever going to get easier.

Before leadership coaching, I wasn't sure how to communicate with more senior leaders in the business to better inform their strategy and manage their expectations.
